May Day

Oh look there's Mira right behind me!

Today was yet another normal day, expect for us who had come to this land of leprechauns all the way from Finland.  We Finns were going to celebrate May day, Vappu.

I and Miras May day consisted of explaining what Vappu means, what we do in Finland to celebrate it and missing our graduation hats because this would have been the first year when we could have used them. Of course because we both had to work on Friday (I would have to wake up earlier than usual) we didn’t go out to celebrate or anything like that. We bought a cake and died our hair.

Hurray, what a May Day! On that day I finally became a fake ginger head!
